We select two random scenes per category, from a subset of CO3D, and show SparseFusion results. We show (from left to right) the two input views, SparseFusion synthesized views, and SparseFusion geometry. The views are sampled on a circular trajectory. If the scene trajectory is very noisy, the circular trajectory may not always look at the object.
*We notice that a common failure mode is the poor geometry when the foreground object is dark. SparseFusion has a hard time distinguishing dark foreground from the chosen black background color used in volumetric rendering.
